Autofolio Private Sales are proud to present this 1968 Shelby GT500 KR Fastback finished in red with black leather.
Complete with the original invoice, this particular example was delivered to Eger Motor, Pennsylvania on 06/06/1968 at a total cost of $4,934. The original Shelby invoice shows the car was supplied with Power Disc Brakes, Power Steering, Shoulder Harness, Fold Down Rear Seats, Radio-Am Push Button and Tilt-Pop Steering Wheel as well as being finished in red with black interior as presented today.
The car is supplied with 4 folders outlining the cars history where it shows the car being sold in 2013 with 37,800 miles from the owner who had last purchased it in 1978 and then taken off the road in 1993. The car was then officially exported from Ohio to the UK later in 2013 where it then went under a fully documented restoration of which are backed up by photos.
Today this King of the Road starts up on the button and runs and drives without any faults. The interior shows no blemishes and is ready for the next owner where it will compliment any collection.Â
